We want you to be happy with your purchase. This page explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for orders placed on propriofoot.com.
1) Your right to change your mind (14-day withdrawal)
If you bought online as a consumer (non-business), you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days. You then have 14 additional days to send the items back. We will refund you, including the standard outbound delivery cost (not any paid upgrade), and we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of shipment, whichever occurs first. How to start a 14-day return
Email contact@propriofoot.com with: order number, items you’re returning, reason (optional), and photos if there’s an issue. We’ll reply with a return authorization (RMA) and instructions.
Return shipping costs: For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return postage (unless we offer a free-returns label). (EUR-Lex)
2) When returns are not possible (legal exceptions)
The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products, including:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed
- Digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium once performance has begun

Our products are standard goods (boards/posters) and typically are eligible for the 14-day withdrawal, provided they are returned in resalable condition.
3) Condition of returned items
To receive a full refund, items must be returned:
- Clean, unused, and in their original packaging with all inserts/accessories
- With no signs of wear, damage, or alterations
If the product has been tried briefly for size/fit on a clean surface, that’s acceptable; heavy use is not.
4) Exchanges
Want a different item instead? Start a return (as above), then place a new order. We’ll refund the original once received.
5) Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged/incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and item. We’ll repair, replace, or refund as appropriate. Under EU law, goods that are not in conformity must be repaired or replaced at no cost; if that’s impossible within a reasonable time, you’re entitled to a full or partial refund. (European Union)
6) Legal guarantee of conformity (2 years)
All consumer purchases in France/EU benefit from a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity starting from delivery. This is separate from any commercial warranty. If a conformity defect appears within this period, contact us; we’ll assist per the law (repair/replacement/refund). (Europe Consommateurs)
7) Refund method & timing
- Refunds are made to the original payment method once your return is received (or once you provide proof of shipment, at our discretion).
- We refund standard outbound shipping for 14-day withdrawals; upgraded delivery options are not refunded.
- Depending on your bank, refunds may take a few business days to appear. (Légifrance)

9) International returns (outside EU)
Mark the parcel as “Returned Goods – No Commercial Value”. Any inbound customs duties/taxes we incur due to incorrect declaration may be deducted from the refund.
10) Bundles & sets
For discounted bundles/packs (e.g., Boards + Poster), we refund:
- The full bundle when all items are returned; or
- The difference between the bundle price and the kept item’s standalone price, if you keep part of the bundle.
11) Abuse & fair use
We reserve the right to refuse returns in cases of excessive wear, missing components, or repeated misuse of the policy.
12) Business customers
If you purchased as a company (B2B), the 14-day withdrawal does not apply; statutory defect remedies still apply.
